About Me

I am a high energy, low key woman with a genuine love for people and a respect for language that makes writing a joy and sharing a responsibility. Working life designed to drive me to beautiful edges of wild busyness as a professional coach, consultant and events producer with a down-to-earth flavour.

I'd Like to Meet
Myself either 20 years ago or 20 years in the future- Give myself a right -good talking-to, with lots of hilarious real life experiences to make me sit up and listen!

Interests
books, talking about high and lofty things with great and equally talkative friends ...and reading Heat magazine to calm myself down...

Music
Deep and soulful house; old skool funk; rnb; jazz (vocal not instrumental) and a sucker for most soulful, conscious old time singers ( Lyn Collins, Janis j, Mahalia Jackson, Joni Mitchell, Marvin Gaye, Teddy Pendergrass, Luther V included!) and some 80's ballad favourites and 90's girl classics!

Movies
I wish I didn't just live in the moment with films and didn't always fall asleep! This means I have often seen the first 30 minutes of many films over and over!!!! (Good intentions but rubbish concentration when the lights go low!)

Television
West Wing Forever

Heroine’s & Heroes
Many people I have known only fleetingly - some are members of my family and long time friends- they leave a mark you can always trace
