Michelle Patterson is the founder and facilitator of “Make Time for Me Time”.

Originally from an IT Support background and having worked in the industry for over 13 years, Michelle realised it was time to change and decided to turn her dreams into reality in 2007 by forming her company, which has now been running successfully for over a year.

Michelle is a charismatic, outgoing and passionate person and as a result of those skills, she is eager to inspire and motivate individuals to become the best that they can be through the services she offers.

Make Time for Me Time is dedicated to Women & Youth offering Empowerment & Life Skills. Michelle's mission is to raise the aspirations of Women & Young People to be the best they can be. Make Time for Me Time will do so by enhancing the effectiveness of individuals, in schools, colleges, voluntary groups, organisations by providing training services and influencing positive change.
