Your Professional/Academic Profile: Victor has always had a passion for enterprise and he first went into business aged 19 hiring a 16 track live recording studio to record labels and marketing records across between the UK and Germany.

He got into publishing by accident, when his girlfriend dared him to apply for a sales position for a well known directory. Not only did he get the job, but subsequently went onto forming his own direct sales agency in 2004.

He is the founder of KNOWLEDGE FOUNTAIN BUSINESS MAGAZINE. A magazine that has been successfully promoting Black entrepreneurs from the UK since 2005. The magazine is currently available at selected supermarkets, libraries and business establishments.

Victor is recognised as a business man with a wealth of experience who was conferred with a Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration by London Metropolitan University.

He is a keen supporter of young entrepreneurs and also engages with young Black boys that have been permanently excluded from school. Some of whom a now in university.
