Your Professional/Academic Profile
I assist individuals with identifying, exploring and releasing the personal barriers to their well-being, fulfilment and success. As a Breakthrough Coach/Therapist, Trainer, Transformational Speaker and Author, I advocates breaking through unwanted behaviours and cycles, in order to build a strong foundation upon which one can flourish and live authentically.

Over the last ten years I have discovered and developed tools, methods and strategies to free individuals to experience their lives in an assistive rather than restrictive way. My personal life is a testimony to what I teach and assist individuals with discovering for themselves.

COMMUNITY-FOCUSED WORK

I believe that personal development and leadership comes hand-in-hand with comunity deveoplment and leadership.

BREAKING THROUGH BARRIERS TO WORK PROGRAM

I am currently developing and working on a project titled Breaking Through Barriers to Work, which is a personal development program to be delivered as part of the governments Working Neighbourhoods Fund agenda. I will be training up to 60 professionals to delveir the program to their clients from April 2009.

CAN-DO PROJECT

This project was focused on assisting individuals with achieving their true potential, by providing coaching and motivational seminars on three estates in the London borough of Southwark. I ran the project for 8 months and was truly inspired by the individuals I coached and trained.

I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy; a qualified Careers Guidance Counsellor (PGDIP) and Dimensional Reiki practitioner.
