About Me

I am a certified Dating / Life Coach and I help single women attract "the" man they desire in their life.

I have had training at The Coaching Academy, Solution Focus and New Insights. I have Certification with Higher Distinction and a Diploma in Life Coaching.

I have worked with XFactor Dates, the second largest speed dating company in the UK and have recently been on GMTV on the Lorraine Kelly show hosting a Speed Dating event.

I am interested in self-development, helping women to find the love of their lives, guiding people to achieve their full potential, empowering people and business networking.

I am inspired by positivity.

About my Work

From years of running speed dating and singles events, I found that a lot of women had great difficulty finding “The One”.

When I asked them to give me a number out of 10 on how much effort they were making to find themselves that man, the average was "5". Why weren’t they expending the full 10 in their search?

I found that they were hesitant because they didn’t want to come across as needy and desperate as this scares men off. They knew they were not giving it their all and it was because they didn't know how.

Upon analysis, they realised that they needed to work on themselves first; to learn self belief and confidence; to learn where to look for that man, how to attract him and how to keep him.

I spoke to many of the Black Women at my speed dating events about what I intended to do to help them get to that maximum "10". As a black man myself, I was particularly wary about my questioning because many of the women were already jaded and angry with the opposite sex. However, I learned that you should never make assumptions and I was tremendously impressed by the positive feedback I received.

My mission is to help women improve all areas of their lives and make them feel so confident and special and to love themselves first. I provide them with tools and resources to help them attract the success in their life that they desire, whether it be in their love lives, family relationships, career or just self fulfilment.

As I have a lifetime of living with several sisters and have many female cousins and friends, I am very in tune with my feminine side. I believe that I am ideally placed to run Black dating coaching and events because I have a cultural affinity with the Black Community, can appreciate the way women think and can provide a man’s perspective. This mixture is especially advantageous when women are wishing to improve their romantic lives - I can tell them how a Black Man is likely to view them.

My coaching doesn't only take place at public venues. I also coach via the telephone, e-mail, one-to-one, free newsletters and, just recently, by my new video tutorial.

I can also be engaged to accompany clients to social situations such as weddings, parties, the gym, etc. There I can coach my client on how to approach and interest anyone they take a fancy to. The man will not know who am I or what I am doing but I will be able to ensure that my client communicates in a subtle and professional way. The chances of success with your coach alongside you are immeasurable.

Dear Des,
Never mind the classroom antics. I enjoyed your presentation.I used to do stand up comedy under the tag -Agony Brother. A cynical sexist frustrated brother who has been single for too long. Controversial advice but very funny. The ladies loved it. Anyway,I have a client that does singles events for professional blacks. Its a bit short notice but they have a do today. Check out Zakudia Bar on supabadpr.com.
Have a nice day.
