Your Organisation:Description and Services offered: We can provide expert advice to organisations/businesses to help them make better informed choices which can range from; direction for creative campaigns aimed at ethnic audiences to; assisting to develop an effective bespoke communications strategy to engage with hard-to-reach groups.

Direct Marketing
We can promote client products and/or services via leaflets, brochures and letters mailed or distributed directly to current and potential ethnic consumers from our established network of contacts, which include BAME owned businesses and community organisations across the UK.

Event Management

Media Planning & Buying
We can provide clients with a one-stop shop for all their ethnic media requirements, both off and online, in the UK and overseas; using our established network of over 250 ethnic media contacts.

PR & Media Relations
We can establish and maintain a good image for clients; assisting to sustain relationships with ethnic consumers in the UK. This includes media liaison, product launches and interviews with specialist press via print, broadcast and online.

Outreach Activities (field promotion and community relations)
We can convey facts and data about a client’s product and/or service to specific communities or organisations to educate and inform from a grassroots level; utilising our multilingual task force to reach out to the target audience in their own environment.

Project Management
We can plan, organise and co-ordinate a project applying processes, techniques and systems for the successful execution from start to finish. Monitoring and evaluation are essential components of project in which our dedicated Account Managers will ensure that a detailed evaluation schematic will be devised prior to starting the project.
