Profile Information

Your Professional/Academic Profile
I am a 46 year old with 2 children, I class myself as caring and motivated person, who is not afraid of hard work. I am deeply involved with my local community centre, (West Indian Cultural Centre) as the social enterprise organiser. Which involves bringing people together. I am a volunteer for g.a.p (growing aspiring people) and also a volunteer for Building United Communities. As well as the need for the Afro Caribbean Organisations.
I have also worked for College of North East London as a College Data Officer and at the NHS as a Dental Receptionist/Secretary.
Your Social Profile/ just more about who you are
i believe i could offer alot of support, and not is afraid of taking on something worthwild.
I have turn things around around, when they were at the lowest.
Please help me make a stand.
Your Organisation:Description and Services offered
At my local community centre, i aim to bring joy to the young and old, bringing people together. I believe there are too mucn negative issues around, and we need to unite people together. We must focus on what is needed and to act on it. Please support me at my community The African Caribbean Leadership Council, 9 Clarendon Road, London N8 0DD, Where i will be bringing people together. I have alot of projects in the lime light, so watch this space, for more details.
We need to make a stand, just like our president Barack Obama not just for the US, but for the whole world.
I am deeply involved in the Afro Caribbean Chariy Organsiations, such as the Jamaican Association and the Noel Holmes Memorial Hospital and the West Haven Children's Home in Hanover in Jamaica. Even though i was not born in Jamaica, i have strong connection through my family heritage. There are alot of negative issues, but we have to look on the postive side no matter where are ties are.
I am willing to help out and offer my advice and support that is needed in building a better place.
