Driving Social Change - Bringing Success to the Heart of the Community

Some information for people seeking to raise finance

1) London is the financial capital of the world

2) Your professional business proposal + Asset guarantee is 70% of the job done.

3) Start up debt finance below (£10,000) is normally approved subject to your personal credit file.

4)You can raise finance with bad credit ie CCJ's ( not easily but very very possible)

5) Business Angels like dragons den do exist all around london to help

6) Finance for technology initiatives are still available via grant finance

7) Social enterpreneurs have been identified as a group to benefit from more grant finance in 2009

8) Investors prefer to invest in business as opposed to banks ...hence your idea is wanted.

9) Due to the current economic climate the government has set out all inclusive guidelines to provide (GUARANTEE)up to 75% of a business loan from £1,000 up to £1m to eligible businesses.

10) There are so many other opportunities to raise finance , that I can't write them all!

One of the keys to successfully raising finance is the ability to demonstrate "Low Risk" or "Controlled Exposure". This is often identified via a thoughtful diagnostic of your own proposal.

Raising "Debt finance" does not have to be a fearful ordeal...rather it should be a stepping stone to raising "credit finance" i.e a healthy surplus cashflow and reserves in your business.

If you need to access any of these opportunities or discuss your individual financial objective in the 1st instance send me an email at sam@consulting4london.com or just leave a question or comment i'll try and respond asap

Thanks

Sam

Hi Samuel,

Thank you for taking the time and effort to enlighten us about such a vital aspect of business growth. This is very kind and thoughtful of you. In addition to being my name sake, my wife is your wife's name sake too!

I wish you continued success. Regards to Tola.
Thank you Samuel
I also have heard a good report about you, please be rest assured despite all the news on the streets, there are still huge transactions going on daily here in london. I just submitted a case for a client today.

How is your precious family?

Sam
Hi Sam,

Thanks for the invaluable nuggets you have dispensed here.

Not sure if you still use this account, but I for one would particularly appreciate further sound direction with regards to funding for my start-up social enterprise.

I'm due to attend a funding clinic at the British Library this Wednesday. All being well I would appreciate a chat some time after that on potential funding streams and perhaps go into greater detail about composing the winning Business Plan.

I just hope you receive this.

Blessings,

Esther
